I love food. Who doesn't.
One of my favourite foods are Strawberries. They're so fresh and let's be honest you feel pretty healthy even when your wolfing them down. So of course my favourite breakfast is going to involve them. We get ours from Tesco. I think its a kilo for £5 which is soo good.
The things that you will need are:
- Fresh Strawberries cut up into about quarters (depending on the size of the Strawberry)
- Natural Yogurt
- Coconut Flakes
All you need to do is grab a bowl and put 2 table spoons of Natural Yogurt into it. Add a table spoon of honey, a teaspoon of Cinnamon, a teaspoon of Coconut Flakes and mix it all up (this will look a little like sick, but bear with). Then cover that mix with your freshly cut up Strawberries and viola!

So there's my favourite healthy breakfast to have in the morning.
